Our instructors are carefully chosen and are mainly coming from the island Runmarö. They have been chosen because they share the Dinghy School's values and they have had documented previous success as sailing instructors.

Most of them have been raised within Runmarö Yacht Club where we have been running a sailing school for the last fifteen years. The sailing instructors are between twentysix and fourteen years old. The leading instructors have been the responsible teacher or a head teacher previously and are just getting their university degree. Some of our instructors are established in the Swedish elite in dingy racing, others have been educated by the Auxilliary Naval Corps, are competetive sailors, competent instructors who are fond of kids and in love with sailing.
